BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Rachel Ramey of Bakersfield has been named the 2025 “Dairy Princess” for District 6, which includes Kern, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara counties, according to the California Milk Advisory Board.
