Nashville family offers $20K reward to locate suspect in deadly hit-and-run

A Nashville family desperate for answers is offering a $20,000 reward for any information leading to the driver who struck and killed their loved one, and then sped off from the scene.

Robert Jones, 39, was fatally struck by a black Nissan Murano, on West Trinity Lane, near the exit ramp from I-65 North in north Nashville. The collision happened around 2 a.m. Friday, April 4. Metro Police Traffic Division fatal crash investigators are working to identify driver.

New dash camera video from another driver shows the horrific moment. Fox 17 News stopped the video moments before the collision. However, the Nissan can clearly be seen striking Jones, who was walking on the roadside. The vehicle does not appear slow down after the impact…
