A 63-year-old man walking along Route 440 in Woodbridge on Saturday was struck and killed by two vehicles, authorities said.
Porfirio Soriano-Luna was hit by a northbound SUV, thrown across the highway and then struck by a southbound vehicle that didn’t stop, State Police said.
