TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The 2025 Old West End Festival is fast approaching, and while it gives the beloved neighborhood the spotlight for one weekend, there’s a group of determined people who hope a new feature this year will be the launching pad for real, long-term, revitalization.
Bryan Tinsley has bought and renovated several houses on Virginia Street and one of them is his latest baby, but it almost wasn’t.
“Our first thought was no because it looked like it was just shy of needing a bulldozer,” said Tinsley. “We said this is gonna take a lotta time, a lot of effort and a lot of money.”…
