Amarillo, Texas, is known for many things, from Cadillacs to Steaks to Pantex. Amarillo is also full of wildlife, from foxes to prairie dogs (or Sod Poodles), but when it comes to aquatic life, we are used to catfish. However, these unique creatures have started setting up home in the Yellow City.
