Loudoun County: 13-year old girl dies one day after sustaining injuries in scooter crash

A 13-year-old girl has died, succumbing to injuries sustained while attempting to cross an intersection on a scooter in Loudoun County.

The crash occurred on Monday at 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Nokes Boulevard and City Center Boulevard in Sterling, according to Virginia State Police.
