BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 36-year-old man, Steven David Litchard, last seen by family on April 3, 2025.
Litchard is described as 5’10” tall, 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo of a feather on the left side of his neck and “RILEY LITCHARD” on his right forearm.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black jeans, and possibly carrying a black backpack…
