STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A third suspect has been taken into police custody in the wake of the violent attack on a 16-year-old boy outside the Staten Island Mall in New Springville earlier this month, according to the NYPD.
A 15-year-old boy faces charges of robbery in the second degree in connection to the May 5 attack outside the Staten Island Mall. The teen was arrested around 8:15 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of the 120th Precinct, a spokesperson for the Deputy Commissioner of Public Information’s Office confirmed to the Advance/SILive.com.
