TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The execution of a man convicted of kidnapping and killing University of Toledo student Sierah Joughin was scheduled to happen Tuesday. But, according to court records, the execution was stayed due to pending motions filed by the defense.
Due to pending motions, the case is under review and no new execution date is set.
July will mark nine years since Joughin was abducted as she rode her bike home. Her body was buried in a Fulton County field days later…
