This trend looks to continue through the summer of 2025, as the legendary Aries Spears is set to appear at Margaritaville in Bossier City this July.
Aries Spears is scheduled to appear on Saturday, July 5th, in the Paradise Theatre at Margaritaville. This is a 21+ show, and tickets are on-sale now.
From MADtv to Margaritaville: The Aries Spears Story
If you aren’t familiar with Aries Spears standup comedy, you may recognize him from his film and TV work. Top on that resume is MADtv, where he was one of the most prolific members of the cast. Spears appeared in 198 episodes of the sketch comedy show, which is the second most in the shows history (Michael McDonald appeared in 239 episodes).
In addition to his MADtv work, Spears has hosted multiple shows, including guest hosting Mind of Mencia and Soul Train. He has also done a lot of voice acting in his career, including being a main cast member on C-Bear and Jamal, where he voiced both Big Chill and Kwame.
