MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A 12-year-old and 14-year-old boy were arrested on Monday after crashing a stolen car into a tree in Madison, the Monona Police Department reported on Tuesday.
According to the Monona Police Department, an officer saw a vehicle at around 11:30 p.m. driving without headlights and taillights in the 5300 block of Monona Drive.
