What has been in construction for a couple of years finally came to completion, adding to the Boise skyline.
The newest residential building, and the second-tallest building and the tallest residential structure downtown, the apartment tower known as Arthur, opened its doors.
Pre-leasing on the units in Arthur began last fall. The 26-story building is located at 12th and Idaho streets, and is named after Arthur Oppenheimer, father to Skip and Doug Oppenheimer of the Oppenheimer Development Corporation, the company behind the project along with PCP Generational Partners…
