CLEVELAND, Ohio — Just in time for the Memorial Day weekend, weather conditions are expected to improve considerably in Northeast Ohio.

While the unofficial start to summer will feel more like a rewind to early spring thanks to unseasonably cool temperatures, the air won’t be as chilly as it was to end the workweek.
