For whatever reason, in the spring, it seems that reports of animals getting out ramp up. Maybe they’re just trying to get out and see if the grass is really greener “over there.”
Animals To Keep An Eye Out For In Spring In Amarillo, Texas
So far this month, the Potter County Sheriff’s Office has taken to Facebook three separate times to ask for help in locating the owners of animals that have gotten out.
In May, we’ve seen alerts regarding:
- a horse
- a pig
- two goats
