PLANT CITY, Fla. — Plant City police are investigating after a woman was found dead on the side of a road Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded just before 2 p.m. to Turkey Creek Road just north of Country Hills Boulevard to reports of a person found unresponsive on the roadway shoulder.
