Guisinger, who retired from a distinguished engineering career, briefly returned to his engineering roots as Chief Engineer in 2024 before retiring again this year, his expertise stretches back to an early start with Pratt & Whitney in 1978 and includes various leadership roles ending with his position at Aerojet Rocketdyne from 2013 to 2023. His academic credentials are secured with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Ohio State University and advanced degrees from the University of Houston and the National Graduate School, as detailed by the Town’s announcement.
