HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A man is facing charges after a 2-year-old was found unresponsive at a home in Huntington on May 10, according to the Huntington Police Department.
Officers say Deandre Whitfield, 31, of Chicago, is charged with felony child neglect resulting in death.
