A 16-year-old Detroit teen was arrested in Birmingham near Woodward Avenue and Emmons on Monday, May 16, after attempting to take control of his Uber driver’s car when his fare was denied mid-ride.
According to the report from Birmingham police, the Uber driver said he was driving the teen to his home in Detroit after dropping off the teen’s girlfriend.
