SALT LAKE CITY — One person was killed in a crash after authorities said they were hit by a semitruck while outside their vehicle on Interstate 15.
Lt. Cam Roden with the Utah Highway Patrol said the semitruck hit the person at milepost 12, near Washington. The road was closed near exit 12, he said.
