BELLEVUE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A woman in Bellevue says a thief has targeted her and her neighbors, but they aren’t stealing money or cars.
Silvia Mejia says her kids noticed this happening first, a lady in their front yard, pulling up their plants around the mailbox.

Mejia lives along McPherson Drive, near the Bellevue Sports Athletic Association.
She posted pictures of her ripped-out plants on the Hip Bellevue Facebook page, and other people commented saying they’ve had different items taken out of their yards in Bellevue as well…
