FAIRFAX, Va. — After pulling a 4-year-old from a swimming pool in Fairfax, the Fairfax County Police Department officers confirmed Saturday that the child has died.
The child was pronounced dead after they were taken to a nearby hospital. Police had been called to a house at around 10:30 a.m. for a report of a “possible drowning,” according to FCPD spokeswoman Alaina Gertz.
