WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The Winston-Salem Police Department is investigating a Saturday afternoon shooting that left a man dead.
According to a press release, at 1:34 p.m., WSPD officers responded to a reported shooting in the 2700 block of Piedmont Circle Drive.
