BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — Virginia State Police are searching for the suspect in a fatal hit and run Saturday.
Around 1:30 p.m., State Police say a silver or gray pickup truck pulling a small utility trailer crossed the center line and hit a cyclist on the 3900 block of Nemmo Road. According to VSP, the driver reportedly got out, checked the cyclist, and got back in their car and drove off toward Route 24.
A witness told VSP the suspect was “a Hispanic or possibly Indian male,” possibly 30 to 40 years old, with short, dark, curly hair. His car will have damage to the side mirror, front left headlight, and front fender…
