Work furlough inmate wanted for not returning to Oahu Community Correctional Center

HONOLULU (Island News) — Police are looking for work furlough inmate Issac Pascua after he didn’t return to the Oahu Community Correctional Center on Friday.

The 41-year-old man, who is in custody for kidnapping, left Module 20 using a work furlough pass on Friday morning, May 23. Pascua was supposed to return by 7:30 p.m. that evening and when he didn’t arrive, police were notified thus launching his search.

Pascua is described as being 5-foot, 11-inches tall, weighs 238 lbs., has brown eyes and black hair…
