A new Target store is under construction in Indian Land, South Carolina, inside the large CrossRidge Center development. Located at 5345 Crossridge Blvd, the 148,000-square-foot store is officially listed on Target’s website. Although an exact opening date hasn’t been confirmed, it’s expected to open soon. CrossRidge Center began phased openings in 2024, and Target will follow.
The store is part of a $150 million retail project within a 190-acre development. Once complete, the area will offer a mix of retail, dining, office, and community space. It’s designed to serve the fast-growing region along the South Carolina–North Carolina border.
From Wooded Land to Major Development
