It’s one thing to call yourself a PGA Tour winner, but it’s a whole different ball game when you become a multiple-time winner. Ben Griffin navigated the newly designed Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, to defeat Matti Schmid in a nail-biter to win the 2025 Charles Schwab Challenge.
It was just a few weeks ago that Griffin and Andrew Novak won the Zurich Classic (a team event) in New Orleans and now Griffin can add his name to the coveted Colonial Wall of Champions.
Griffin has one of the more intriguing bags to the gear heads since he is a Mizuno staffer and the only MaxFli golf ball user on the PGA Tour. He relies on a Ping G430 10K driver with the new UST Linq Prototype shaft.
