GLENWOOD, Ore. – No one was injured in a mobile home fire that broke out in a Glenwood mobile home park on Friday afternoon, according to Eugene Springfield Fire officials.
ESF authorities said they responded at about 5 p.m. on May 23 to a report of a mobile home on fire in the Ponderosa Mobile Home Park on Franklin Boulevard. Despite resources at that time also being dispatched to a brush fire west of Eugene and a medical emergency in the Thurston area, responding firefighters arrived within six minutes of the call to find a single mobile home unit engulfed in flames, fire officials said.
