CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A road mangled with holes and massive cracks now has patch marks showing the work done to start making it whole again, and the work is putting at ease the minds of the folks living along it.
“You see what you did, 45 minutes after you left, they were out here,“ said Delrone Brown. ”That was a blessing for all citizens, people, you kids, everyone coming up and down the street.”
