AUGUSTA, GA. (WJBF) – A woman has been arrested in a fatal head-on collision.
Authorities say Lauren Fortner crossed over several lanes on Mike Padgett Hwy on May 7th and hit Mark Pregel IV’s vehicle.
The 58-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
