Pets of the Week: Binx and Carrots

EUGENE, Ore. – Binx and Carrots are an adorable pair of brother-sister bunnies who share a close bond and would love to hop on into a forever home with a patient and loving family!

Greenhill Humane Society staff said that these 9-month-old Holland Lop rabbits love each other very much and are looking to be adopted together. Sister Binx and brother Carrots are said to be polite and curious rabbits who love to explore tunnels and find treats in a snuffle mat, staffers said. Greenhill said that such is their close bond that both can often be found cuddled up together during naps. When people are around, they will take a break from their busy play time to hop over for some head pats, staffers said. The organization said that both cats are very loving once they get acclimated and are relaxed to their forever family’s home. Binx and Carrots are looking for an inside-only home, Greenhill said.

Binx and Carrots are spayed and neutered, are learning to become litter-box trained, and have a free vet exam included in their adoption. For newcomers to rabbits, Greenhill has plenty of resources available.

Roscoe was Tuesday’s Pet of the Week on KEZI 9 News. Every Tuesday, KEZI showcases a homeless pet during the 6 p.m. broadcast.
