SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department Traffic Unit conducted a special Click It or Ticket patrol on May 22. The initiative aimed to promote safe driving and adherence to seatbelt laws.
During the eight-hour patrol, officers issued 123 infractions, according to a release from SPD. These included 24 speeding tickets, 17 cell phone violations, 33 seatbelt violations, and 22 violations for no insurance.
