CHELSEA, MI — Police rushing to the scene of a reported active shooter at a hospital arrived to find nothing except an unhappy patient.
Police were called at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, to Chelsea Hospital for a 911 call of an active shooter in progress, according to the Chelsea Police Department.
