NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A fund established by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, alongside three non-profits, is under scrutiny by Metro Council Member David Benton.
Benton, during Monday’s press conference held by Representative Andy Ogles, requested a state or federal audit to determine if the fund violates U.S. Code 1324 Section 8.
