VANCOUVER, Wash . Vancouver Police is investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred early Tuesday afternoon near the Jim Parsley Center, prompting a temporary lockdown at a nearby elementary school.
Officers responded to the 4100 block of Plomondon Street at about 12:10 p.m. after receiving reports of shots fired in a parking lot. According to investigators, an altercation between several individuals led to an unknown male firing multiple rounds from a vehicle before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported.
