COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A 14-year-old and an 18-year-old were charged in connection with a deadly shooting May 12 in Franklinton, according to police.
Arrest warrants were filed against Joseph Johnson, Jr., 18, and the 14-year-old for murder and other felony offenses, police said. The two were arrested by Columbus Police SWAT officers on Tuesday.
