COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Columbus police are asking for help solving a homicide that claimed the life of a beloved convenience store owner.
Forty-seven-year-old Jehad Alzaben died at a hospital after he was shot at his store near the intersection of East Livingston and Fairwood avenues late Sunday night.
“You had to hate him to shoot as many times as he was shot,” Keisha Bates said, who owned a business next to Alzaben. “He’s such a good person. I am crushed. We are all family out here. I am tired of the shooting and violence.”…
