STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A NYPD officer was arrested after he allegedly shoplifted at a store on Staten Island, according to sources.

Frank Callaghan, 38, was arrested while he was off duty on Friday at about 11 p.m. in the 121st Precinct, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
