AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A family-driven bakery in Amarillo is gaining attention for its one-of-a-kind mini cheesecakes, which offer a unique twist on a classic dessert.
Sweet Baby Cakes opened its doors two months ago and has become a local favorite thanks to its bold flavor combinations and commitment to community engagement.
“So mini Cheesecakes is really our Specialty,” said Chance Judkins, digital coordinator for Sweet Baby Cakes. “But then you got to think of, like kind of the odd flavors that we do. We’ll do anything that a customer really wants as long as it tastes good.”
