KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The City of North Kansas City Police Department announced on Wednesday the passing of retired Sergeant Dean Milne.
“Sergeant Milne served with honor,” the police department said on Facebook. “He led with strength and integrity and was dedicated to protecting our community. His years of service made a lasting impact on the department and everyone who worked with him.
