COHOES, N.Y. (WNYT)- Robert Halikias, 21, from Cohoes was arrested by State Police after they say he gave a child under 17-years-old alcohol and cannabis then had sex with them on multiple occasions in April of this year.
Halikias is also accused of obstructing the child’s breathing in a fight on April 18…
