A man has admitted to breaking into an Albany apartment, wearing the resident’s clothes, eating his food and then trying to claim it was his home.
Kenneth Radley, 45, pleaded guilty in Albany County Court on Thursday to second-degree burglary.
It happened just after 5 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2024 at an apartment on South Lake Avenue. The resident came home from work to find his apartment door ajar and the place ransacked.
