Born in the Philippines and raised in Kentucky, Blystone was inspired to study dentistry after growing up with dental issues. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Kentucky and then a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of California, San Francisco. After years of clinical experience, she decided to combine her expertise with her empathy to not only treat teeth but also to educate patients in an anxiety-free environment.
