LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Over Memorial Day weekend, Lincoln Police officers stepped up traffic enforcement along O Street.
Officers issued 73 tickets and 77 warnings for violations including speeding, unnecessary noise, reckless driving and racing.
