Following an active night of storms, the day will begin with areas of fog with partly to mostly sunny skies through lunchtime. However, the development of isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible, particularly into the evening hours, especially across the Hill Country and west of I-35. Storms may hold together and move farther east across the I-35 corridor, moving east across Central and South-Central Texas overnight tonight. Some storms could be strong to severe with damaging winds and large hail. Looking ahead, conditions are expected to improve with warmer temperatures and drier weather anticipated over the weekend.
