Friday morning clouds will give way to peeks of sun. With daytime heating and a cold front moving across the state, scattered thunderstorms will pop up. Between 2 pm and 8 pm, a few storms could be severe. Damaging wind gusts, large hail, even isolated tornadoes will be possible. Highs on Friday will be in the upper 70s. Chance of rain 80%.
