Cinema With A Skyline View: Catch A Movie At This New-Age Drive-In Theater In Fort Worth

Gearing up for a summer of cinema? The DFW area has no shortage of theaters – ranging from the iconic Texas Theatre to the completely immersive Cosm, Rooftop Cinema Club – all provide their own unique flavor the movie-going experience. For something a little more nostalgic, but with modern amenities, cruise up to the Coyote Drive-In Theater in Fort Worth.

Situated across 18 acres near downtown, Fort Worth, the Coyote Drive-In is a modernized, open-air cinema that provides a range of experiences for the whole family to enjoy. The venue features four screens equipped with high-definition, laser-projection technology wherein audio is streamed directly into up to 1,300 car radios.

Each night, the venue hosts double features of the latest and greatest in Hollywood. At the time of this article, screenings include: Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, Final Desination: Bloodlines, Karate Kid: Legends, and Lilo and Stitch: Live Action. Coming up, the venue will screen Ballerina, Megan 2.0, How To Train Your Dragon, and 28 Years Later.
