City of Lincoln, YMCA team up to offer free and affordable fitness classes

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department and YMCA of Lincoln announced a new partnership Friday to offer free, low-cost fitness and health classes at two city community and recreation centers.

Funded in part by a grant from the Nebraska Presbyterian Foundation, this initiative aims to expand wellness access in neighborhoods with limited options, particularly for older adults.
