SUMMERFIELD, N.C. — Three Summerfield firefighters were injured after the fire truck they were traveling in overturned on Hamburg Mill Road on Saturday afternoon.
According to Guilford County EMS, the fire truck was the only vehicle involved in the accident. Three firefighters suffered minor injuries, and one of the injured was transported to a local hospital. Guilford EMS said the truck was not responding to a call or conducting emergency traffic at the time of the accident.
