BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC. (WTOC) – An 18-year-old is dead after a shooting in the Lowcountry.
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office says they received a report of a gunshot victim on Seabrook Center Road in Seabrook around 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
