LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Transportation and Utilities announced that portions of two streets will close beginning Monday.
Eastbound O Street between 44th and 46th streets will close for private wastewater repair work. This work is expected to be completed by Monday, June 9. The recommended route is O Street to North 44th Street to R Street to North 48th Street.
Northwest 12th Street between West Highland Boulevard and Kingbird Road will have northbound and southbound lane closures for a Lincoln on the Move street improvement project. Traffic will be shifted to a head-to-head pattern in the open lanes. These lane closures are expected to continue through mid-July.
